It is a proper dark lager of exquisite appearance and full-bodied taste. It has a clear and deep chestnut brown colour and bubbly foam crown. The taste is balanced with a caramel sweetness and a hint of roasted bitterness.

KILKENNY

Kilkenny je bogate rubinasto rdeče barve. Aroma je prijetna za brbončice, z različnimi izrazitimi notami. Aromatičen hmelj prinaša čiste, sveže, cvetlične note, slad pa aromi daje note piškota in karamele. Okus je osvežujoč in čist v nežnem ravnotežju z grenkobo hmelja. V kombinaciji s hrano se odlično poda k začinjeni hrani, sirom, in pečenemu mesu.

Kilkenny has a rich ruby red colour. The aroma is pleasant to the palate with its different distinct notes. Aromatic hops bring clean, fresh, floral notes, while malt enriches the aroma with notes of biscuit and caramel. The taste is refreshing and clean in a gentle balance with the bitterness of hops. When combined with food, it goes perfectly well with spicy food, cheese and roasted meat.

Carefully selected aromatic Saaz hops are brought together with Spring Barley, harvested from the Czech countryside in a recipe that is kept a close secret by our brewmasters. The result is a refreshing beer, full of taste and aroma, a solid foam and a pleasant flavour.

London Pride is an amber ale with supremely balanced flavour of biscuits and dried fruit with a fresh piney aroma.

LONDON PORTER

Mešanica temnih, svetlih in čokoladnih sladov daje London Porterju zemeljski karakter in kremast okus, z dodatkom kavnih in čokoladnih not.

The blend of Brown, Crystal and Chocolate malts provide London Porter with earthy character and creamy delivery, with hints of coffee and chocolate.

GHOST SHIP

Mešanica citrusov in ameriškega ter britanskega hmelja dajejo Ghost Shipu močno citrusno aromo z notami po bezgu, ki na koncu čudovito izzvenijo v rahlo grenkobo.
